Chef Nicholas will be back in the Orlando area on April 23, 2021.

Come learn how to create some exciting Bridal flowers including Rose, Rose bud, Calla Lily, Hydrangea, Baby's Breath, Stephanotis and Ferns!  During the class you will have the opportunity of learning how to use Air drying clay that looks just like Gum Paste.  It can be used on cakes and is very durable, remains flexible, can be kept as keepsakes and is not affected by humidity!  Using Gum paste is exactly the same, it's just as a 1-day class we don't have to wait for things to dry, etc.  This fun class will teach you new skills as well as working with a new medium.  

Everything needed to participate in the class will be provided for you.  Products will be available for sale after the class.  A class certificate and handout book will be included.  A light Lunch/snacks will be provided.  You are more than welcome to bring any dietary preferences you may have.

Due to the current Covid-19 virus, the class will be limited to a maximum of six (6) students.  Each student will be seated at their own 6-foot table, so that we may observe current social-distancing guidelines.  We encourage students to wear face masks or face protection to class.
