Got Ruffles?

In the ISAC family, everyone has their job. Chef Nicholas designs cakes and teaches classes, Scott takes beautiful  photos (and makes the best cookies), I write the blog, and Molly is in charge of making sure we have tons of fantastic products for everyone to enjoy. One of my very favorite things is when Molly tells me we have fun new products in the house. That means we get to try them out and tell you all about them! This is one of those blog posts- new product here for your cake decorating pleasure!

What new, fun, fantastic toy do I have for you today? It's really five toys- the Ateco Ruffle Piping Tips! They come in a set of five or you can purchase each tip individually. Each of the tips will produce a different type of ruffle. You don't need to wiggle your piping tip back and forth, these tips will produce perfect ruffles with just a bit of pressure. You can do fat ruffles, thinner ruffles, long ruffles, and shorter ruffles! If you pipe slowly your ruffles will be thicker and close together. If you pipe more quickly, you will have fewer ruffles that are less puffy. It could not be any easier!

If you are making dresses, tutus, fantasy flowers, a delicate feminine cake, or just a border these tips would be fantastic. They also make beautifully iced cupcakes, and would be so much fun to use while decorating cookies with royal icing!

Sweetly yours,

Stephanie
