The entire ISAC family wishes all of you a happy and healthy New Year!
As 2015 begins I look forward to bringing you more fun and interesting blogs, to meeting you in classes, and hopefully, new readers will find this blog and become new ISAC and Chef Nicholas friends and fans!

I adore Chef Nicholas and think he is the world's BEST sugar artist! I am old and retired but love to dream and create - it keeps me going! If you are not fortunate enough to be able to attend a class/classes at ISAC - check out Chef's classes offered on Craftsy dot com. It is like having a private lesson with the master and you can watch the classes over and over as I do.
I would love to see more photos of the student's progress in the ISAC classes - also some of Chef Nicholas' judging events (like the gingerbread competition). I know he travels the world and if you post more photos on this blog we can travel along with him virtually! Happy New Year to all of you too.
